ピーター・ハース（Peter M. Haas、1955年1月23日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の国際政治学者。マサチューセッツ大学アマースト校教授。ミシガン大学卒業後、1986年にマサチューセッツ工科大学で博士号取得。
専門は、地球環境問題をめぐる政治。レジーム形成における科学者など専門家グループ、いわゆる認識共同体（知識共同体、epistemic community）に注目して、国際関係論における知識やアイディアの役割の重要性を指摘した。
父親も同じく国際政治学者で、新機能主義の提唱者として知られるエルンスト・B・ハース。
